May 2023 Updates

Greetings,

I am thrilled to announce I have accepted an Assistant Professorship in Dance at Bates College. I'm excited to continue my journey of integrating movement and somatic practices into multidisciplinary fields of research and artistry.

Additionally, I am offering additional Movement Sessions remotely via Zoom. Movement Sessions are a great way to further your embodied practice in support of Structural Integration, and many clients who have only come to me for hands-on work in the past are enjoying this approach.

I am thrilled to officially announce the Postural Therapies Reparations Initiative, which funds free and discounted Rolfing and Movement Sessions for people whose income is limited by societal structures beyond their control, including (but not limited to) Black, Indigenous, and LGBTQIA+ folx.

I can continue offering these discounted sessions because of the generosity of those who contribute. Please click this link if you'd like to make a contribution. Note: this donation is not tax-deductible.

Please reach out with questions, inquiries, or if you'd like to set up a session. In the meantime, enjoy part one of my Movement Integration demonstration, a quick 20-minute video offering you simple tools and patterns to try at home.

Best,

Tristan
