Tristan Koepke is Certified Rolfer™, professional dancer, movement educator, and yoga instructor. He currently resides in College Park, Maryland, while also maintaining a practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He holds a certificate in Rolfing® Structural Integration from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® (DIRI), where he serves as Chair of the Committee for Diversity and Anti-racism. Additionally, he sits on the Certification Board of Structural Integration (CBSI), where he currently serves as the Ethics Chair. He also holds a BA in Dance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a Certificate in Yoga Instruction from CorePower. In addition, he has studied many somatic practices, such as Klein Technique™, Alexander Technique, and SpiralDynamik®
He is excited to work with clients who are curious about themselves, excited about healing and change, and interested in gaining flexibility, resiliency, ease, and comfort. Working with clients one-on-one or in small groups, he promotes an attention towards awareness and sensation.
Tristan currently shares a collaborative office space with MendMN, which focuses on Somatic Experiencing and Trauma-Recovery Therapy. In addition, he is pursuing his MFA in Dance at the University of Maryland, College Park.
